Collaborating with other users is a key part of using Phocas. You can share dashboards and favorites, print and export and subscribe to have favorites automatically emailed to you.

If you have the Phocas CRM module, you can take collaboration further, for example, by assigning tasks to team members, adding a note to a particular analysis point or setting up a meeting without leaving the Phocas screen.
