Although the most common administration tasks involve managing users databases, advanced administrators can apply other settings via the Configuration screen. This screen (shown below, at bottom) contains a number of sections, each relating to an aspect of Phocas functionality.
- Find licence and other general information
- Set date format, language and timezone
- Set up LDAP user authentication
- Add a marketing panel to the sign-in screen
- Set your Phocas site's password policy
- Configure SMTP settings to allow Phocas to send emails
