The If you have the Manage Favorites page displays a list of all your favorites and alerts, including those you saved and those that have been shared with you by other users.
To open this page, click the Phocas menu button > Favorites >Manage Favorites.
For each item, you can see the following information:
Whether the items is an alert or favorite.
The item’s name, which you can click to open the item.
Which folder the item is in (if any).
Whether the item is a shared or personal item.
If there are any unread comments against the favorite.
Buttons which you can click to take the following actions:
Access the favorite's URL to copy/paste into an email or new browser window.
Share a favorite (if you are the owner)
You can filter your list of favorites by database or folder, or search for a specific favorite.
and Save Favorites permissions (they go hand-in-hand), you have additional favorites functionality.
On your Phocas homepage, two additional options become available in each favorite’s menu (on the far right side):
Edit: Change the name, description, and owner of a favorite. You might want to transfer the ownership of a favorite you saved so that another user can manage it. This is especially important if you are leaving the business because if your Phocas account is deleted, the favorites you created will no longer be available to other users.
Delete: Delete the favorite, if you are the owner.
Within any favorite, you can:
Administrators with the Favorites permission can access the Favorites page, where they can manage all the dashboards in your organization’s Phocas site.
