Access list of all your favorites
To see a list of all your favorites choose the Phocas menu > favorites.
Then select Manage favorites. This menu is also a quick way to jump straight to a favorite.
The Manage favorites screen lists favorites you have created (i.e., that you own) and that have been shared with you by other users. Displayed on each line is:
- Favorite name
- Which folder it is in (if any)
- Whether it is a shared or a personal favorite
- If there are any unread comments against that favorite
- Relevant icons
Filter your view of favorites
You can filter your list of favorites by database or folder, or search for a specific favorite.
What you can do from here
From this view you can:
- Open a favorite (click on the favorite name)
- /wiki/spaces/DOC/pages/1082396
- Share a favorite (if you are the owner)
- Delete a favorite
- Access the favorite's URL to copy/paste into an email or new browser window.
