Manage all your favorites

The Manage Favorites page displays a list of all your favorites and alerts, including those you saved and those that have been shared with you by other users.

To open this page, click the Phocas menu > Favorites >Manage Favorites.

For each item, you can see the following information:

• Whether the items is an alert or favorite.

• The item’s name, which you can click to open the item.

• Which folder the item is in (if any).

• Whether the item is a shared or personal item.

• If there are any unread comments against the favorite.

• Buttons which you can click to take the following actions:

  • Access the favorite's URL to copy/paste into an email or new browser window.

  • Subscribe to a favorite

  • Share a favorite (if you are the owner)

  • Delete a favorite

You can filter your list of favorites by database or folder, or search for a specific favorite.
