Administrators with permission can access a list of synced data sources and see information including status, availability, date and duration of last successful sync and other details. From there you can drill down to view items within a source, or transactions within an item.

Go to Administration > Sync. Note that this does not take you to the Sync tool, which is a separate Windows-based application (see Sync).

Sync sources screen
This screen lists all sync sources, as shown below.
Information displayed includes status, sync time and duration, the number of items in the source and any solutions in which this source is used. You can also see client hostname (the computer used for the sync) and client version (the Sync version).
The statuses are:
Source items screen
Select a source to open a detailed view of items within that source, their status and other details. Note: The last two columns relate to special views of data that can only be created or edited by an advanced administrator with permission ('Is view?' relates to custom items that have been created, and 'Is Split view?' relates to 'split' items that are automatically joined in a sync view).
Click on an item to see transaction rows.
The 'Source' tab shows the source name and owner, if one has been assigned.

From the 'Items' tab, click on an item to see item rows in detail.
