If you have the Manage Dashboards user permission, you can delete the dashboards you created (as you are the owner), and remove any dashboards that were shared with you. Deleting a dashboard takes effect in two ways:
If you delete a dashboard you created, the dashboard is deleted from any users you shared it with and any folders you placed it in.
If you delete a dashboard that was shared with you, the dashboard is removed from your list of dashboards and your default homepage, so you can no longer access it. It is not deleted for the dashboard owner nor removed from anyone else's view. If the dashboard was shared with you via a folder, you cannot delete that dashboard.

If you have the Administration > Dashboards user permission, you Administrators can delete all the dashboards in your organization’s Phocas site via the Administration> Dashboards page.
