The steps below will demonstrate During a Phocas upgrade, you may be prompted for credentials at the 'Database (Install)' stage. This is where you are setting up how the installer will connect to the SQL Server on which the Phocas databases are located, in order to perform the upgrade.

This page explains how to locate the username and password used to install the Phocas Website.required for this step.

 

1. Open IIS. Either To do this, ether go to Control panel > Programs and choose Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager, or search for IIS on your computer.Image Removed

2. Locate and select 'Phocas' in from the list of sites in the left hand panel and select it.Image Removed

3. Double Click on click Connection StringsDouble Click on PhocasMaster

Locate the , as shown above. Locate 'PhocasMaster' (shown below) and double click to open.

4. The Phocas website username and password for your installation will appear as part of the string in the connection strings box
