Go straight to your preferred view in any database by selecting a favorite to use as a default view.

To do this, select Actions 
> Set default view to bring up a list of favorites, inlcuding any those have saved and any shared with you.

Select the favorite you’d like as your default view and save. Note that this will only be the default view for you.

Remove a default view
To remove a default view go back to to Actions > Set default view and select ‘Use standard view’.

To change to a new default view, simply select Actions > Set default view and choose a favorite.

When you access a database in the Analytics module, the layout and contents of the grid is the default view set up by your organization. You can change this view to meet your own needs, by setting a default view. Then, whenever you access the database, you see the data you need straight away, in your preferred view.

Default views are created from favorites. When you go to set your default view, you will see a list of the favorites you have saved, along with any that have been shared with you.
If your needs change in the future, you can change your default view by repeating the above steps. To remove a default view, select the Use Standard View option.  |
