You can delete the favorites that you created (own).

On your homepage, locate the favorite and click the menu button (three dots) at the end of

the item

its row

. However, the functionality will be different. You'll only be able to delete the items you created or own. You’ll no longer be able to delete (remove from your view) items that were shared with you.

In the meantime:

You can use the grid filters on the homepage to remove such items from your view on the homepage

, then click Delete > Delete.

If you have many favorites shared with you and they are cluttering up your homepage, use the grid filters to remove them from your view.

Administrators can delete the favorites in your organization’s Phocas site via the Administration> Favorites page.
