To If you are an administrator with the Logs permission, you can access the Administration > Logs page, where you can view system-wide logs select activity and error logs.

Error log

By default, the Logs page displays a list of errors but you can change your view of the Logs page to quickly access specific types of logs.

Subscription log

Summary of subscription activity: time, user, database, favorite name, type (e.g., csv), email address subscribed, size, sent, detail.

Purging logs

Users logged in with the 'phocas' user account can clear a log by selecting Purge. The Purge button is only visible to users with this access.

To manually refresh a log, for example, if you want to see results after running a process, click the Refresh button in the top left corner or F5 on your keyboard.

Administrators with special access can purge (delete) logs.
