You can delete the dashboards you created (you are the owner), and remove any dashboards that were shared with you. Administrators can delete all dashboards. Deleting a dashboard takes effect in two ways:

  • If you delete a dashboard you created, the dashboard is deleted from any users you shared it with and any folders you placed it in.

  • If you delete a dashboard that was shared with you, the dashboard is removed from your list of dashboards and your default homepage, so you can no longer access it. It is not deleted for the dashboard owner nor removed from anyone else's view. If the dashboard was shared with you via a folder, you cannot delete that dashboard.

There are two ways to delete the favorites that you created (own):

  • On your homepage, locate the dashboard and click the menu button (three dots) at the end of its row, then click Delete > Yes.

  • Open the dashboard, then click the Delete (button ( in the top bar above the widgets) and click > Yes to confirm.

  • Manage Dashboards page: Click the Phocas menu button > Dashboards >Manage Dashboards, locate the dashboard, then click the Delete button (on the far right side) and click Yes to confirm.

  • Homepage: Locate the dashboard, click the menu button (on the far right side), then click Delete and click Delete to confirm

Administrators can delete the dashboards in your organization’s Phocas site via the Administration> Dashboards page.
