Access list of all your favorites
Note that this page will list both your favourites and your alerts. To To see this list, choose the Phocas menu > favorites. Here you will see a list of all your favorites and your alerts.
Then select Manage favorites. This menu is also a quick way to jump straight to a favorite.
The Manage favorites screen lists favorites you have created (i.e., that you own) and that have been shared with you by other users, as well as alerts. Displayed Displayed on each line is:
- Favorite name
- Which folder it is in (if any)
- Whether it is a shared or a personal favorite
- If there are any unread comments against that favorite
- Relevant icons
Filter your view of favorites
You can filter your list of favorites by database or folder, or search for a specific favorite.
What you can do from here
From this view you can:
- Open a favorite or an alert (click on the favorite name)
- /wiki/spaces/DOC/pages/1082396
- Share a favorite (if you are the owner)
- Delete a favorite
- Access the favorite's URL to copy/paste into an email or new browser window.
