Phocas tracks the history of changes to database designs by automatically creating a new version of the design each time either a design it is saved or when the database is built. You can revert to a previous version if you need to.
To view the design historyView previous versions
Go to
the designshows their Design. Select the 'Version' tab, shown below.
The Versions screen lists all previous designs, the time the version was saved (on the left) and the last build date, and status (on the right).
Revert to a previous version
Choose Revert beside the version you want to restore. You will be asked if you want to
revertrevert. Confirm.
Once you confirm, the restored design will open ready to be modified or saved.
As a designer user, I want to see previous versions of design and their last build date and status.
Versions are created automatically on save and build
The time on the left is the time the version was saved.
The last build time in the right was the latest build result
Confirm. This opens at design tab for the reverted version
