Phocas tracks the history of changes to database designs by automatically creating a new version of the design each time either a design is saved or the database is built. You can revert to a previous version if you need to.

 To view the design history 

  • Go to the design
  • select the version tab 

shows their last build date and status.

Revert to a previous version

  • Choose Revert beside the version you want to revert

The time on the left is the time the version was saved.

The last build time in the right was the latest database build result
