This section of the Configuration screen provides a mechanism to display a small image on the user's sign-in screen, which, when clicked, redirects the user to an alternative web page. This is typically used by Phocas to provide training information and notice of upcoming events to users.

Marketing panel URLs
- Image URL: The full path name of the image to be displayed. We recommend these are about 450 x 120 px and in the PNG format.
- Target URL: The web address to redirect to if the panel clicked.
