Most administrators will see the following log types. Users logged in as 'phocas' user will see an additional 'Audit log' option in the list.

Error log
Summary of errors, e.g., time the error occurred, type of error, detail, url, browser. More information about an error can be displayed by clicking the link in the 'Detail' column.
Query log
Summary of queries: Time the query was run, user, database, mode, dimension, whether the query was a chart, period, selections made.
Sync log
Summary of Sync events: Time the event occurred, user, sync source, type, items, warning, error, detail, duration, version of Phocas at the time.
Subscription log
Summary of subscription activity: time, user, database, favorite name, type (e.g., csv), email address subscribed, size, sent, detail.
Audit log (only for admins signed in as 'phocas' user)
Users logged in with the 'phocas' user account can access the Audit log, which captures-system wide information including details of user creation and changes to passwords, profiles etc, integrations and changes to databases.
Event type, date/time and user are listed, along with details including:
- CREATED: Records details about the creation of a new user.
- UPDATED: Changes to password, administrator, group, territory and profile. For all except password, the old and new values are retained.
- DATABASE ADDED: Shows the physical database name and the restriction, if any, that applied.
- DATABASE UPDATED: Changes to a user's database settings. Records the physical database and the details of the restriction.
- DATABASE DELETED: Records the database name that was removed from a user. Note: The database isn't deleted; it is just removed from the user's available list of databases. It will still be available to other users. Details of the 'From' and 'To' fields are truncated at 50 characters; for a detailed view of the change click on the 'From' or 'To' link.
INTEGRATION RUN: Records details about an integration that has been run (for example, updating an account in CRM). An additional column lists the name of the user who ran the integration.
Purging logs
Users logged in with the 'phocas' user account can clear a log by selecting Purge. The Purge button is only visible to users with this access.
