Provided The main Budgeting & Forecasting permission activates the Manage Budgets & Forecasts permission. These permissions are available when the Budgets and Forecasts module has been is enabled for your Phocas site, you can give users permission to manage budgets and forecasts. This permission enables a Budgets and Forecasts . Together, they allow a user to become a budget owner and therefore, create and manage budgets and forecasts workbooks. Typically, this access would be requested by someone in your Finance team.
On the user’s maintenance form > Profile tab, either assign a profile that contains the Manage Budgets and Forecasts permission these permissions or go to the Budgeting and Forecasting section (at the bottom of the screen) and select both the Budgeting & Forecasting and Manage Budgets and & Forecasts checkbox checkboxes. Then click Save.
