Access list of all your favorites
To see this list, choose the Phocas menu > favorites. Here you will see a your .Then select Manage favorites. This menu is also a quick way to jump straight to a favorite.

To open this page, click the Phocas menu 
> Favorites >Manage Favorites.
For each item, you can see the following information:
Whether the items is an alert or favorite.
The item’s name, which you can click to open the item.
Which folder the item is in (if any).

Filter your view of favorites
You can filter your list of favorites by database or folder, or search for a specific favorite.
