You can assign a default period to a database so that a particular date range

displays each time you open that database.

To select a default period 

1. Use one of these methods to access the Default Period window, either:

   1. Click the Phocas menu > Databases > Manage databases

1. 1. and click the icon Image Modified for the database

Select a period and Save.

   2. Go to your homepage and click the Databases tab, then click the menu button for the database and click Set Default Period.
