RELEASE NOTES IDEAS:

We now support consolidated financial statements or aggregated entity reporting. This feature allows you to easily report on consolidated and unconsolidated entities, and switch between separate consolidation groups. This feature is particularly important if you have multiple entities using different ERPs. You can create one entity to import consolidation entries against that offset intercompany transactions within groups.


You can create groups within Financial Statements to analyse consolidated results.

A group is a grouping of a parent entity to a child dimension entity. It is similar to how you group accounts into a category, such as Revenue.


  1. Click the Settings button > Consolidated groups in the top right corner.

  2. Enter a name for the group type (NAME TO BE CONFIRMED - MATTHEW).

  3. Enter the name of each group in the type.

  4. Specify the dimension the groups are based on.

  5. Specify which group each entity in the dimension belongs to.

  6. Click OK.
