The progress and history of the workflow is tracked and visible to all users. Seeing who has performed specific tasks saves time when you need to ask for further detail about an entry. The ability to view an audit trail in the budget workbook is particularly important to budget owners.
To open the Workflow history window, either click the initials button or right-click on the workflow cell.
