_Freeze properties

When you are viewing a lot of columns, and scrolling across the grid, it can be useful to freeze the property columns (e.g., name, suburb) so that only the measures scroll. This way these columns stay in view while you scroll. 'Code' is always frozen.

_Sign in

Phocas will send you a user name and password, along with a link.  

_Get to config screen

Select the Phocas menu > Administration > Configuration, as shown below.

_Select and focus on a chart segment

If you see something in a chart that you want to explore further, you can select and focus on a segment (e.g., a column in a bar chart or wedge in a pie chart).

_Navigate to admin

 Select Administration from the main Phocas menu.
