You can assign a default period to a database so that a particular date range displays each time you open that database.
Use one of these methods to access the Default Period window, either:
Click the Phocas menu button > Databases > Manage databases and click the Set Default Period button for the database (on the far right side) .
Go to your homepage and click the Databases tab, then click the menu button for the database (on the far right side) and click Set Default Period.
Select the required period and click Save.
