Phocas QuickStart combines in-product tours, video tutorials and documentation to enable new Phocas Analytics users to understand and start using key features from day one. Whether you are a new user or just want a refresher, this guide will help you get off to a flying start!
Resource Center
The best place to quickly get started with Phocas Analytics is the Resource Center, where you can find the in-product tours, video tutorials and documentation all in one place. This content is contextual, so depending whether you are on the homepage or in a database, the QuickStart menu will show you relevant content.
Simply click on the Resource Center button in the bottom-right corner of your screen and select the QuickStart menu. In the menu, you can choose to:
open a checklist with guided tours that step you through the Phocas Analytics basics
view video tutorials in the Phocas Academy
read the QuickStart documentation.
We recommend that you start with the checklist. Completing the guided tours in the checklist is a great way to get familiar with the software and see how it works. You can also choose to watch the video tutorials during these tours.
Phocas Academy
If you prefer to go straight to video tutorials, you can find these at the Phocas Academy. You can access the Phocas Academy from the QuickStart menu in the Resource Center, or you can visit the Phocas Academy website to view the tutorials.
Documentation
Finally, if you prefer to read, you can check out the Quickstart documentation. It provides a detailed written overview of the key things you need to know to get going with Phocas Analytics.
