After you create and complete a budget workbook, you can clone that workbook and use it as a foundation for a new budget workbook. This option is useful if you want to run different scenarios, such as a best or worst case budget, as you can publish your new budget workbook as a new stream.
The new workbook has the same contents as the original budget workbook, such as the structure, formulas, tabs and so on. The budget owner, administrators and workflow also remain the same.
Click the New button, click Make a copy, then enter a name for the new workbook and click Clone.
If you are cloning a large budget, the process might take a few minutes to complete.
