You can apply a style to a statement to determine how it looks. The style you apply to one statement applies to the other statements too, and it also applies to exported statements. Your style selections are saved, so the next time you log in to Financial Statements, the style is automatically applied for you.

Click the Style menu, then select the options checkboxes of the styles you want to apply:

  • Bold Calculations - Make Display the calculation and group rows display in bold font, so they are making them more easily distinguishable from the other rows.

  • Red Negative Values - Make Display the negative values display in the grid in red font, so they stand out from the positive values.

  • Red/green % variances - In the percentage variances columns, display the negative values in red font and positive values in green font to highlight where there is a difference in values. When this option is not selected, all the values are displayed in monochrome (black).
