Phocas tracks the history of changes to database designs by automatically creating a new version of the design each time it is saved or when the database is built. You can revert to a previous version if you need to.
ViewView previous versions
Go to Design. Select the 'Version' tab, shown below.

Choose Revert beside On the Versions tab, click the Revert button of the version you want to restore. You will be asked if you want to revert. , then click Confirm.
Once you confirm, theThe restored design
will openopens, ready to be modified or saved. The restored design will become
active onceavailable in Phocas after it has been built, either manually or on a schedule.
View the change log
Each version of a database design generates a change log that contains details of the changes that were made.
Click Show changes to display the change log.
