You can change the options (values) in some of the

drop-down selection options in Phocas

dropdown lists (picklists) in CRM to suit your business needs. For example,

in the type 'Tasks'

you might want to add a new Status

option You do this through the Picklists screen.

Picklist options

Administrators can edit the following pick lists in CRM. 

Picklist

called

'Allocated.' 

Allocated or remove a status that is not applicable.

Click the Phocas menu button > Administration > CRM Picklists to open the Picklists screen, where you can view a list of the dropdown lists used in CRM, organized into tabs.

Editing CRM Picklists

  • Select Administration > CRM Picklists.
    • From

    On the Picklists screen

    you can change values for the

    , click the required tab (Call Type, Contact Method, Job Title, Payment Status and Status

    fields, via the tabs at the top. To add a new value select the tab required and choose Add (in the screen shot below the Status tab has been selected).

    Users will now see the new value in the dropdown under Status.

    • Add an option: Click Add, enter a name for the option and click Save.

    • Delete an option: Select the option row and click Delete > Yes.

    • Set the default option: Select the option row and click Set Default.
