You can apply a style to a statement to determine how it looks. The style you apply to one statement applies to the other statements too, and it also applies to exported statements. Your style selections are saved, so the next time you log in to Financial Statements, the style is automatically applied for you.
Click the Style menu, then select the options checkboxes of the styles you want to apply:
Show calculations and groups in bold - Make Bold Calculations - Display the calculation and group rows display in bold font, so they are making them more easily distinguishable from the other rows.
Highlight Red Negative Values - Display the negative values in red - Make the negative values display the grid in red font, so they stand out from the positive values.
Red/green % variances - In the percentage variances columns, display the negative values in red font and positive values in green font to highlight where there is a difference in values. When this option is not selected, all the values are displayed in monochrome (black).
