When you access the Financial Statements moduleopen a financial database, the first statement you see and the way it looks is determined by the ‘standard view’ that is set up by your administrator. This the person in your organization who has permission to manage financial statements. That view is based on a default period (timeframe) that is applied to the underlying financial database. You can change this default period , so that a particular date range applies to the financial statements each time you open them.

your Home page
  1. your Phocas homepage, click

the More options (blue star) button of the financial database
  1. the Databases tab and locate the database.

  2. Click the menu button for that database (on the far right side), then click Set Default Period.

  3. Select the required period and click Save.

Tip

You can also change the period temporarily when you are viewing a statement.
