Switch to chart view
To change from the default grid view select the chart icon. You can switch between grid and chart using these icons. The active icon is always for whichever view is currently selected will be green.

Overview of chart types
The chart types available are listed below. Select a chart name to go to an article about that chart type.
Note that some charts are only available with certain sets of data.

Select a chart type
Charts are grouped into clusters. Select a chart type to reveal similar options. E.g., Select the Bar icon to reveal bar, column and combo chart types, as shown below.

Export a chart as an image
If you want to print a chart or add it to a document or email, the simplest method is to download it as an image via Export > image, as shown below. You can then save the image and use as required.
Export from the dashboard
To export a chart directly from the dashboard, select the camera icon on the widget toolbar.
Amount of data displayed in a chart
By default, only the first 25 rows are included in a chart. Your administrator can change this setting. Chart options on this page summarizes ways of customizing a chart, e.g., displaying a sum instead of individual values.
Charts are only available if you are connected to the internet.
