The Rebates module allows you to manage and calculate the various types of rebates you pay and receive, using the information in a Phocas database. After you post the calculation results, you can analyze the rebates data in the Analytics module. This is a linear process, as outlined in the following diagram.
Rebates are managed via rules within projects, which are based on Phocas databases. You can have as many projects and rebate rules as required, to best meet the needs of your supply chainTo open Rebates, click the Phocas menu button and click Rebates*. You can then either open a project from the menu or create a new project.
*If you do not see the Rebates item in your menu, it means you currently do not have access to Rebates, in which case you should contact your administrator.
