Post transactions

Posting commits transactions to the analysis database. You can post the calculation results when required, such as at the end of a quarter, at the end of a campaign or annually. This action is a bit like a ‘sign-off’; it keeps a permanent record of the transactions, which can be fed into a Rebates analysis database in Phocas.

Select a rebate and click Post.

Rebates relating to posted transactions can't be edited or deleted. You can, however, still change whether a rebate is active or inactive as this can be useful for filtering.

View transactions

You can view the underlying transactions the Rebate rule is being applied to.

Open the rule, then click the View Matching Transactions button located in the Name and Scope section header.
