You need to specify the account codes from the Chart of Accounts that will be driven from your new headcount driver. You typically add these codes when you setup the Headcount driver initially but you can change these codes or add additional codes later.
Select the applicable option:
If you are in the process of setting up the Headcount driver tab and the settings window is open, ensure you are on the Drivers tab.
If you have already set up the Headcount driver tab, click the Headcount settings
button in the header to open the settings window, then click the Drivers tab.
Click the blue plus button
and select the account code you want to drive, for example Salary & Wages, then click Save.Repeat step 2 above to add more account codes (you can add as many as you need), for example you might want to add separate codes for bonuses and benefit plans.
Click Save and close.
